• Only defectives are allowed for return.

• Delivery takes 2-10 days depending upon shipping mode and location.

• UNBOXING VIDEO IS COMPULSORY FOR VALID RETURN REQUESTS.
• In case of any defects/genuine fault in goods, please notify us within 2 days of receipt of goods. Defective goods can be returned to our office at New Delhi, India. We will refund the product amount or we may replace the product.
• Any complaint with regards to damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 2 days after receiving the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
• Return or Exchange because of disliking the products won’t be accepted back or exchanged.
• We do not accept any returns after 2 days of receiving the shipment.
• All products should be returned in original condition with tags intact as attached in any product. Presence of original tags is a must to accept returns.
• Returns would not be accepted for customized products.

• At kscreationskart.com, we understand that there could be times when you may want to cancel an order for various reasons. While we strive to make cancellations easier for you, we regret to inform that we cannot accept cancellations of all orders.
• We would be unable to accept order cancellations for custom-made/ customized item(s), special sizes and altered item(s).
• Orders that are shipped from our warehouse or production unit cannot be cancelled.

• Shipment will take place ONLY at your billing address as per the preform a invoice/Estimate. Kindly check the address and telephone number in the preform a invoice/Estimate.
• Please note that no shipments made from us on Sundays and public holidays as our logistics partner does not make any pick-ups on those days.
• In rare cases, delays might occur due to Customs clearance delays, flight delays or other unavoidable circumstances. However we always try our level best to ensure delivery within the number of days to delivery as informed in our post-order communication to the customer.
• The choice of the consignment carrier is made by the sole discretion of kscreationskart.com
• We Do prefer to deal with FedEx for their the safest and fastest professional service. Visit www.tnt.comand www.fedex.comfor the current charges and other details.
• The consignment will be delivered to the buyer’s specified address by the consignment carrier, after the clearance of all the customs formalities.
• TOTAL ACTUAL SHIPPING BILL WOULD BE ADDED TO THE CUSTOMER’S FINAL INVOICE.
• Please note that residential shipments to USA will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package. Our courier agents DHL / FEDEX / TNT / UPS / DTDC / TRACKON etc will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases. To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted.
• If the products get damaged or lost during transit by the shipping company, The Crafts Decor can not be held liable. The Crafts Decor will not be held responsible for any delay, damage in transit, or otherwise due to the courier company. Once the customer receives the product from the courier company or any other delivery methods and acknowledges it, it shall be treated as good delivery and on no grounds it shall be returned as bad delivery.

We have minimum order requirements according product catagories. For details, please send us an email specifying the product/style codes or catagory you want to purchase, your name, full address, contact numbers and business brief.  

We will not share your personal information to any 3rd party or use your email address/mobile number for unsolicited emails and/or SMS. Any emails and/or SMS sent by kscreationskart.com will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services & products and this Privacy Policy.
